As a rule of thumb, the smallest homes (eg mid terraces) will cost from £500 for the simplest jobs, ranging up to around £1,500 for smaller homes with more guttering than average or unusual access requirements.
At the other end of the scale, larger 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes will start from around £2,000 for simple uPVC installations, ranging upwards of £5,000 for huge 5+ bedroom homes with more expensive materials like metal gutters and downpipes.
